The ground-floor Lake Lounge, with a spacious terrace overlooking Lake Lilaste, offers natural daylight, privacy and a truly inspiring atmosphere. On the second floor is the Attic Lounge, smaller but with a cosy feel. And at the highest point of the building is the observatory, a space where everyone will be inspired.

Lake Hall
Our Lakes Room can accommodate up to 80 guests at tables, providing both comfort and a professional environment for your event. We’ll take care of the delicious food, excellent service and all the necessary equipment to make your seminar, conference or other event run smoothly.
Attic Hall
The Attic is the perfect space for events for up to 50 people. Located on the second floor of the building, the hall is illuminated by the evening sun in the afternoon, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. This lighting and cosy environment will make your event particularly enjoyable and memorable. Whether you are planning a celebration, seminar or other event, the Attic offers the ideal setting to create pleasant memories and enjoy moments of togetherness.
Observatory Hall
Room for about 12 people. In this room you will have access to the highest point of the hotel, the observation tower overlooking the hotel grounds. This tower offers a wonderful view over Lake Lilaste and the extensive hotel grounds, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for your event.
Technical equipment:
We provide all the technical equipment you need to make your event run smoothly. Projector, whiteboards, large TV screen, FREE CAR PARKING, wifi.
Catering:
Our restaurant offers meals and snacks, which can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Additional services:
We can recommend the best event managers, musicians and decorators to make your event exactly what you have in mind.
Activities:
Picnic areas, boats and SUP boards are available in our extensive grounds. Sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor sauna right on the lake. Organise various sports games and entertaining events.
Location:
Lake Lilaste, the Seaside Nature Park and the beach of the Gulf of Riga are an added value to your stay in our complex.
